Clinical Leadership Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Leadership Specialist to support the Medical Director in providing clinical leadership within the University Health and Social Care Partnership and develop Primary Care across Lanarkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to medical professionals within the partnership.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Primary Care services across Lanarkshire.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to achieve partnership goals.
Requirements:
- GMC-registered practitioner with extensive experience in Community and Primary Care.
- Outstanding leadership skills and ability to guide medical professionals.
- Experience of medical management in the NHS and ability to support an environment of continuous improvement and transformational change.
What We Offer:
- Consultant salary scale (£96,963-£128,841 per annum pro rata).
- Up to 24 hours per week.
- Management fee of £20,644 pa.
