Leadership Opportunity in Physiotherapy with NHS Scotland

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinical Leadership Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a clinical speciality, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in physiotherapy, who has a passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering excellent patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various clinical settings, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.

About the Role

This Clinical Leadership Physiotherapist role is a key position within our organisation, and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a clinical speciality. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, and mentoring and supporting junior staff.

The ideal candidate will be a registered physiotherapist with a valid HCPC registration, who has a strong background in physiotherapy and a passion for leadership. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Range

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £35,000 and £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a zero-hours contract, and the successful candidate will be required to work on an ad-hoc basis to meet the needs of the service.
