Clinical Support Worker

To provide high-quality care and support to patients in a hospital or community setting, working closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity to join NHS Scotland and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake care duties for patients, including administering medication and providing personal care.
- Work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
- SVQ III in healthcare or equivalent experience working in a caring environment.
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to carry out assigned patient care tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
