About the Role:

As a Relief Support Worker with CrossReach, you will provide flexible support and care to service users, working under the supervision of the Unit Manager. You will be responsible for key working with service users, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining a safe living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing life skills training to support users in achieving their goals in areas such as work and education
  • Assisting with personal budgeting and supporting users to manage their finances
  • Participating in service reviews and quality assurance processes
  • Managing records and liaising with relatives to ensure effective communication
  • Ensuring the efficient use of resources and promoting independence among service users

Requirements:

  • Holding an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or being willing to achieve it
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use relevant software
  • A respectful approach to Christian worship and the ability to work within a Christian ethos
