Therapeutic Recovery Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide specialist support to individuals struggling with substance misuse in a residential setting.
This role involves developing and delivering therapeutic programmes, ensuring that individuals receive the highest level of support and care.
The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to achieve shared goals, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Development and delivery of therapeutic programmes
- Collaboration with other team members to achieve shared goals
- Promotion of a culture of excellence and innovation
- Experience in supporting adults with substance misuse issues
- Expertise in therapeutic programme development and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive hourly rate: £16.05 - £18.55 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Dedicated consultant with sector expertise
- Weekly payroll and professional compliance system
- Leading referral bonus scheme
Estimated salary range: £36,000 - £41,000 per year.
