The estimated salary for this role is between $68,435 and $77,532 per year, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities

The Waking Night Worker will assist in organizing and facilitating the evening running of the therapeutic community, coordinate service users' tasks and activities, and monitor and minimize risk. The Day Therapeutic Worker will empower and support adults to make positive changes in their drug and alcohol lifestyle choices, work within the team to implement, develop, and evaluate the therapeutic programme, and manage a caseload for quality care coordination.
