Outdoor Spaces Supporter

As a Gardener with SeeAbility, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining our gardens by weeding, pruning, and planting.
- Creating planters and flower beds to enhance our outdoor spaces.
- Watering, planting, weeding, and pruning plants as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong knowledge of plants, be confident using gardening equipment, and have excellent communication skills. A DBS check and two satisfactory references are also required.
SeeAbility is one of the oldest disability charities in the UK, specializing in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and sight loss. Our support ranges from providing person-centered support across our many supported-living and residential care provisions to specialist eye-care services for children and adults alike.
