Carpenter/Multi Trade Role at Niyaa People

Niyaa People is a leading company in the Banbury area, offering long-term contracts for skilled tradespeople. As a Carpenter/Multi Trade, you will be working on an on-going contract, carrying out insurance works. This position is ideal for individuals with relevant industry experience and their own van and tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, patch tiling, and painting. They must have the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet deadlines. In return, the successful candidate will receive competitive £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, paid weekly, with overtime available. The role also offers long-term work and self-employed CIS payments available.

Job Description

As a Carpenter/Multi Trade at Niyaa People, your responsibilities will include:
  • Carpentry Tasks:
    • Hanging doors and performing locksmith work
    • Fitting skirting and architraves
  • Basic Plumbing Tasks:
    • Fitting taps and sinks
    • Replacing toilets
  • Tiling and Painting Tasks:
    • Patching tiles
    • Painting walls and ceilings


Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to have:
  • Industry Experience:
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related trade
  • Van and Tools:
    • Your own van and essential tools for the job
