Job Summary
Vermelo RPO is seeking an experienced Estate Agency Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly organised individual who can assist with daily tasks, handle incoming calls and enquiries, and coordinate property listings and viewings. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Sales and Lettings with daily tasks
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries
- Coordinate property listings and viewings
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system

Requirements
- Previous experience in an estate agency or property environment is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software
