Administrative Support Professional

This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1-2 years of finance experience, a solid understanding of general ledgers, and a high level of attention to detail. Experience in payroll and office management is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations

You will be responsible for:

  1. Addressing financial queries from internal and external stakeholders efficiently and professionally.
  2. Managing payroll for the UK and US, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  3. Providing data to external accountants for financial reviews, statutory filings, annual accounts, and shareholder documents.
  4. Conducting daily bank and credit card reconciliations.
  5. Completing month-end processes, preparing management accounts, and managing HMRC submissions.
  6. Creating and managing sales invoices, including credit control and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing office supplies, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
  2. Providing diary management and support for the CEO, including organizing travel and accommodation.
  3. Managing Zoho Books/CRM, reviewing NDAs and commercial contracts with external legal support, and liaising with suppliers, including accountants, lawyers, and compliance teams.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
