Our Stores

Our stores are open from early in the morning to late at night, so a flexible approach is essential. No two days are the same and our Customer Service Assistants enjoy working at a fast pace, doing a variety of tasks from making breakfast rolls through to filling the shelves.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, your priority is making sure our customers have a great experience every time they visit the store, through friendly service, great product availability and first-class hygiene standards. You may be required to prepare and serve various products which could include raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and foods containing allergens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Prepare and serve various products, including raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and foods containing allergens
  • Work at a fast pace and adapt to changing situations
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the store
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
