About the Role

As a Health Analytics Principal, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our client's success by delivering impactful insights and driving strategic decision-making within the healthcare landscape. You'll lead diverse teams of experts, manage complex projects, and cultivate strong relationships with clients across the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service Excellence: Lead and deliver client projects, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring efficient project execution. Manage project teams, including study design and protocol development where appropriate.
  • Thought Leadership & Business Development: Contribute to LCP's growing Health Analytics sector presence by developing thought leadership content and engaging with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. Identify new market opportunities and leverage your expertise to expand our service offerings.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Actively contribute to the development of the Health Analytics team as a member of the leadership team. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in healthcare, life sciences, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong academic background in a quantitative or science-related field (e.g., Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics). A PhD is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of real-world evidence and a passion for applying data analysis to solve complex healthcare challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, including prospecting, proposal development, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
