The role involves conducting workplace substance testing as instructed by the Client Service Team, while also contributing to the enhancement of a proactive service for our clients and their customers, ensuring a competent and effective delivery.

Prior experience in the substance testing sector is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided for this position.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid Driving License

Compensation:

We offer a competitive pay structure that aligns with the nature of the testing performed, with variations for scheduled and unscheduled work, allowing for increased earning potential.

All ongoing training and additional responsibilities, such as inventory management and delivery tasks, will be reimbursed.

Benefits:

  • Access to an auto-enrollment pension scheme, where employees can contribute 5% and the employer contributes up to 4%.

As a variable hour employee, you will earn 31 days of annual leave per year, inclusive of public and statutory holidays, based on the hours worked. The more hours you contribute, the more leave you can accumulate.

This position offers flexibility, allowing you to communicate your availability for work, thus enabling you to select your working hours while aiming for maximum availability.
