About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Senior Substance Misuse Nurse to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our team, as well as developing and implementing treatment plans that address the complex needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that best practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address the complex needs of patients.
  • Liaise with prescribers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor therapeutic responses to medication and potential side effects.
