We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to take on the role of Substance Misuse Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with substance misuse issues
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians to deliver non-judgmental care that is safe, high-quality, and patient-centered

  • Support the process of patient concerns and safeguarding
Requirements
  • Registered professional with current registration (NMC, HCPC)
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development
  • Experience managing teams
  • Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
  • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
