Job Opportunity: Lettings Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lettings Team Leader to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Lettings Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Lettings team and driving business growth in the Winchester area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Generate and win new business, improve market share and returns, and work alongside the Head of Residential Sales to deliver common company goals.
  • Team Management: Oversee and deliver marketing campaigns, network, and maintain a high standard of record keeping and communications.
  • Operations: Oversee renewals, extensions, and periodic tenancies, vet prospective tenants, and ensure compliance with Money Laundering and operational processes.
  • Leadership: Be a positive influence, leading the team and maintaining a mutually supportive and team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A high level of experience in the field, with a proven track record in leading successful teams and growing a market share.
  • Qualifications: ARLA qualifications to support in-depth knowledge of Lettings.
  • Skills: Team driven, business winner, strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, and able to prioritize and reorganize when required.

Package:

The basic salary package inclusive of car allowance is £35,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience, with an OTE £50K. The Monday to Friday working week also includes 1 in 4 Saturdays.
