Head of Lettings Opportunity at Carter Jonas

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our lettings team in Winchester. As Head of Lettings, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the lettings and management team, driving business growth, and developing the team within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take on quality property to let and provide expert advice to prospective landlords
  • Network and establish Carter Jonas presence within the community
  • Generate and develop new lettings instructions, overseeing and delivering creative marketing campaigns
  • Manage our database of clients and applicants using REAPIT to ensure call dates are set and maintained and that we are in regular contact
  • Oversee our property management team
  • Arrange inventories and preparation of the properties for tenants' occupation
  • Oversee the presentation of our office and ensure it is maintained to a high standard
  • Adhere to and follow the Residential Lettings Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Residential Lettings
  • Strong negotiation skills with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software
