Job Title: Head Chef

Blue Arrow is seeking a skilled Head Chef to join our team in Winchester. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations across multiple sites.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head Chef to oversee the preparation and cooking of meals in our kitchens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to meet customer demands
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies
