Boston Consulting Group's EMESA region is seeking a seasoned professional to drive its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. As the EMESA DEI Senior Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of DEI initiatives across the region, ensuring a culture of inclusivity and respect for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute DEI Strategy: Collaborate with regional stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy, aligning with BCG's global DEI goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and develop a team of DEI professionals, working closely with regional People Team Senior Director and People Chair to drive DEI initiatives.
- Drive Change and Execution: Work closely with the EMESA DEI Recruiting team to ensure effective recruitment of diverse populations, and develop programs to support the individual development and success of diverse staff.
- Manage Communication Efforts: Develop and execute a regional communication strategy for EMESA, advancing efforts to ensure awareness of DEI goals and aspirations.
Requirements:
- 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in DEI and/or People topics, including leadership in a professional services environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and solving complex problems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to senior leadership.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of BCG's business and ability to navigate across geographical structures.
