We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts in the EMESA region. As a key member of our EMESA leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement DEI Strategy: Work closely with the EMESA DEI Chair and other stakeholders to develop and implement a DEI strategy that addresses the unique needs and challenges of the EMESA region.
- Lead DEI Initiatives: Lead and manage various DEI initiatives, including recruitment, career development, and retention programs, to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Collaborate with Global DEI Team: Collaborate with the global DEI team to ensure alignment with company-wide DEI initiatives and best practices.
- Manage DEI Budget: Manage the DEI budget for the EMESA region, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support DEI initiatives.
- Develop and Manage DEI Team: Develop and manage a high-performing DEI team, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
- Communicate DEI Efforts: Develop and implement a communication strategy to promote DEI efforts and progress across the EMESA region.
- 8+ Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in DEI and/or people topics, including leadership in a professional services environment.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions with significant business impact.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve DEI goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex DEI concepts to diverse audiences.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate the complexities of a global professional services firm.
