Boston Consulting Group's EMESA region is seeking a Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to lead the development and implementation of strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DEI and experience in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional DEI strategies to improve diversity and inclusion
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive DEI initiatives
- Collaborate with global DEI team to ensure alignment with global initiatives
- Manage and develop the EMESA DEI team
- Communicate DEI efforts and progress to senior leaders and stakeholders
- 8+ years of experience in DEI and/or People topics, including leadership in a professional services environment
- Proven track record in a management position, leading cross-functional teams, and solving complex problems
- Fluency in English and ideally one more EMESA language
- Advanced communication skills, including senior leadership presentations and meetings
- Familiarity with navigating across BCG's geographical structures, especially within EMESA
