We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts in the EMESA region. As the EMESA DEI Senior Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy that drives business results and fosters an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional DEI strategy that aligns with BCG's global goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure effective execution of DEI efforts and track progress against key metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR teams, and diversity networks.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to regional teams to ensure they are equipped to drive DEI initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in DEI and apply this knowledge to inform regional strategies.
- 8+ years of experience in DEI and/or people topics, with a proven track record in leadership and management positions.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies that drive business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more EMESA languages.
