We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EMESA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts. As the EMESA DEI Senior Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy that drives business results and fosters an inclusive culture across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a regional DEI strategy that aligns with BCG's global DEI goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure that DEI is integrated into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR teams, and diversity networks.
- Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- 8+ years of experience in DEI and/or people topics, with a proven track record in leadership and management positions.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies that drive business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more EMESA languages.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
