Project Coordinator for Diversity Monitoring Tools

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project Lead, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator by taking minutes and actions during meetings, workshops, and events.

Facilitate in-person, online, and hybrid meetings, workshops, and events at various stakeholder offices.

Track projects and provide status updates to the project team.

Update timelines and task management software.

Keep key documents and CRM system up to date.

Communicate updates to stakeholders.

Organize, plan, and facilitate meetings and events.

Proofread documents or communications.

Provide varied project support, including early research and starting documents, presentations, spreadsheets, or forms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with or aptitude for project or task management tools.
  • Ability to work with a broad variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience of embedding access into your day-to-day delivery.
  • Professional or personal commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in a small team.
  • Event and workshop planning and organization.
  • Experience in administration in TV broadcast, production, arts, and/or creative environments.
  • Proficiency with presentation programs.
  • Experience of working with social media scheduling software.
  • Ability to conduct research.
  • Understanding of data protection and ethical handling of personal and sensitive data.
  • Experience working on projects to develop products and/or data collection and reporting systems.
