Project Coordinator for Diversity Monitoring Tools

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in evolving innovative diversity monitoring tools and driving impactful change across the TV industry.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working in a complex stakeholder environment, and strong administrative skills. They will be responsible for supporting the project team, taking minutes and actions during meetings, and updating timelines and task management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the project team in tracking progress and giving status updates
  • Facilitating meetings, workshops, and events
  • Updating project documentation and CRM system
  • Communicating updates to stakeholders
  • Organizing and planning meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use Office 365 and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with project management tools
