As a Project Coordinator at the Ramboll Group A/S, you will be responsible for providing project administration support to a multi-disciplinary service. Your key duties will include supporting Project and Design Managers with project support tasks and processes, utilizing project management tools and systems, and proactively managing meetings and appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project and Design Managers with project support tasks and processes
  • Utilize project management tools and systems
  • Proactively manage meetings and appointments
  • Keep project calendar up-to-date and prepare project materials
  • Assist with document control activities and coordinate subcontractor briefings
  • Support the formatting and proof-reading of documents
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and create project files
  • Handle general internal and external correspondence
  • Organize business travel and accommodation
  • Support project team with project controlling and invoicing tasks
  • Produce project management progress reports
  • Complete project status and maintain internal project management tools

Requirements:

  • Experience in a project administration or coordination role
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Diary management experience
  • Experience with project management applications
  • Higher education qualification or equivalent experience
  • Customer-oriented approach and self-reliant, reliable, detail-oriented, structured way of working
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
