Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the Chief Executive and Head of Diamond 2 at Creative Diversity Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the diaries of the Chief Executive and Head of Diamond 2, including scheduling meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers.
  • Support the delivery of events, communication, and marketing strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a senior executive support capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and communication tools, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
