We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EMESA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts. As the EMESA DEI Senior Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy that drives business results and fosters an inclusive culture across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a regional DEI strategy that aligns with BCG's global DEI goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement DEI initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion metrics and reporting.
- Provide coaching and guidance to regional leaders on DEI best practices and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leaders, HR teams, and DEI networks.
- 8+ years of experience in DEI and/or People topics, including leadership in a professional services environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and ideally one more EMESA language.
