EMESA Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our EMESA Portfolio Acceleration team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our commercial agenda for private equity deals.
Key Responsibilities- Track and own the flow of information for private equity deals, staying up-to-date on developments with PE funds and portfolio companies.
- Support senior leaders in driving work with priority clients, including creating materials for client roadshows and meetings.
- Partner with BCG's functional experts to identify, develop, and commercialize value acceleration products and IP relevant for PIPE clients.
- Manage the commercial plan and monitor the state of the business, ensuring alignment and coordination of efforts across regions.
- 6-10+ years of relevant experience in business development, private equity, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills, with a strong ability to conceptualize, follow-through, and own accountability.
- Solid analytical skills, with a structured way of thinking and the ability to effectively influence and work with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
