**Job Title:** Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our team at Ingram Micro in Norwich, UK.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our operational leaders and their teams, driving organizational change and contributing to a culture of growth and inclusivity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with and coach managers on addressing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinaries, performance and development.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to refine workplace strategies, including employee engagement and talent management.
  • Be the subject matter expert when it comes to UK employment law and ensure adherence to legislation, regulations, and internal policies across the organization.

**What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £62,500 - £72,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid working options.
