Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development and Training Expert to join our team, who will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and improving performance through effective learning and development strategies.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the importance of organizational development and training, with significant experience in developing and delivering high-quality learning solutions and programmes. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident engaging with stakeholders across the business, from senior leaders to front-line staff.

The salary for this position is £32,180.16 per annum, with additional benefits including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, 8-week sickness pay scheme, Stat NEST Pension, and on-site free parking.
