Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to support projects, prepare documentation, ensure product security compliance, and assist in coordinating and running change processes.

About the Job:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout change processes
  • Develop and implement documentation to support project progression and compliance
  • Evaluate and ensure security compliance of products throughout the change process
  • Cultivate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions within business processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and assess potential changes
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support project progress and compliance
  • Foster open communication among stakeholders to facilitate seamless transitions

Benefits:

  • A salary of up to £25,000 per annum
  • A remote work arrangement with occasional travel required
