Job Description:

We are looking for a professional with expertise in talent management, who can work closely with police officers and staff to coordinate HR initiatives and provide guidance on people practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management: Design and implement effective talent management schemes to identify, develop, and retain top performers
  • Sergeant and Inspector promotions processes
  • Analysis and reporting of monthly people data
  • Informal performance/attendance management processes
  • End of year performance reviews

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £48,000 - £58,000.
