Our company is undergoing a significant transformation, and we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Change Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the change activities and delivering new systems into our financial control environment.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work closely with the finance value stream to ensure that finance requirements are understood and that the solution is fit for purpose. They will also be responsible for delivering efficient and effective user acceptance testing, developing detailed knowledge of the new platform for finance functionality, and supporting business readiness and training activities.

We are looking for someone with experience of financial control frameworks and knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure financial control is factored into the finance elements of the build
  • Work with the finance value stream to ensure finance requirements are understood
  • Deliver efficient and effective user acceptance testing
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the new platform for finance functionality
  • Support business readiness and training activities
Requirements
  • Experience of financial control frameworks
  • Knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including a bonus opportunity of 8% of annual salary, a generous pension scheme, 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and up to 40% discount on Aviva products.
