Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily bank statements to ensure accuracy;
  • Process incoming payments via Internet Banking, allocating funds promptly according to firm policies;
  • Support fee-earners/secretaries with financial inquiries and provide timely responses;
  • Liaise with clients over the phone to process card payments;
  • Report any discrepancies or irregularity to the Senior Accounts Manager;

Requirements:

  • Calm under pressure, team player, flexible, and adaptable to changing work demands;
  • Achieve your Accounting AAT certificate level 2 at City College Norwich, covering Introduction to Bookkeeping, Principles of Costing, Principles of Bookkeeping Controls, and The Business Environment.
