Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Finance and Administration Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily bank statements to ensure accuracy;
- Process incoming payments via Internet Banking, allocating funds promptly according to firm policies;
- Support fee-earners/secretaries with financial inquiries and provide timely responses;
- Liaise with clients over the phone to process card payments;
- Report any discrepancies or irregularity to the Senior Accounts Manager;
Requirements:
- Calm under pressure, team player, flexible, and adaptable to changing work demands;
- Achieve your Accounting AAT certificate level 2 at City College Norwich, covering Introduction to Bookkeeping, Principles of Costing, Principles of Bookkeeping Controls, and The Business Environment.
