About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billings Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate billings accounts, processing adjustments and reconciliations, chasing overdue debts, and other tasks related to accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date billings accounts
  2. Processing adjustments and reconciliations in a timely manner
  3. Chasing overdue debts and following up on payments
  4. Reconciling nominal ledger and month end accounts
  5. Processing direct debits and ensuring accuracy
  6. Reconciling leavers accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  7. Processing bank reconciliation and verifying transactions


Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have current proven experience in a similar role, AAT Qualified or equivalent, and knowledge of Xero/Sage/Ernie or similar accounting package. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.

Salary and Benefits:
This is an excellent opportunity to join this friendly and supportive team, working onsite with full-time hours, onsite parking (own transport is essential), and daily free lunch. The salary for this position is estimated at around £29,000 per annum.
