Job Description

Service Service Employment Agency Limited seeks a highly organized Payroll and Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including payroll preparation, invoicing, timesheet entry, and general administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit payroll data to external accountants.
  • Manage invoicing for all customers, ensuring timely payment and effective credit control.
  • Enter and update employee timesheets.
  • Process banking transactions and maintain accurate bank reconciliations.
  • Contribute to the production of management accounts at the end of each month.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

  • 25 days + bank holidays (based on full time) 50 per hour dependent on experience.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £14 per hour based on industry standards and location.
