Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team in a part-time capacity.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing payroll and pension contributions while providing administrative support with HR tasks.

  • Process weekly or monthly payroll for employees.
  • Manage pension schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, holiday, and sickness data.
  • Provide HR support, preparing letters and managing documentation.
  • Respond to queries in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Proven experience in payroll administration, including pensions.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and employment law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
