Key Tasks
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident information and care plans
  • Coordinate events and activities for residents, including arranging transportation and scheduling appointments
  • Assist with staff recruitment and induction processes
