Administrative Support Specialist

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team based in Long Stratton, Norfolk.
About the Role- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage and maintain financial records
- Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare documents and reports
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Support team members with clerical duties as needed
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Holiday entitlement is 28 days a year, including bank holidays. Annual leave is required for Christmas shutdown each year.
