Administrative Support Specialist

About the RoleAn Office Administrator is needed to perform various tasks, including post routines, training management, and facilities maintenance.
Main Responsibilities- Post, Reception, Securities & IT:
- Manage afternoon posting routines, organise cover when absent, and monitor franking machine supplies and maintenance.
- Assist with morning post opening and securities routines as needed.
- Training & Marketing:
- Oversee the Continuing Competence system, including course booking, organisation, and record keeping (training plans and activities).
- Support the Marketing Consultant with marketing events organisation and delivery, manage marketing assets ordering and storage, and provide administrative assistance.
- Facilities Management:
- Manage routine facilities and property maintenance requirements.
- Liaise with Partners and external contractors on major works projects.
- Conduct Health & Safety Risk Assessments (fire, workspace, display screen/IT), maintain relevant records, and monitor First Aider training.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor to ensure smooth office operations during regular working hours and outside normal office hours.
