About the Role

An Office Administrator is needed to perform various tasks, including post routines, training management, and facilities maintenance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Post, Reception, Securities & IT:
    1. Manage afternoon posting routines, organise cover when absent, and monitor franking machine supplies and maintenance.
    2. Assist with morning post opening and securities routines as needed.
  • Training & Marketing:
    1. Oversee the Continuing Competence system, including course booking, organisation, and record keeping (training plans and activities).
    2. Support the Marketing Consultant with marketing events organisation and delivery, manage marketing assets ordering and storage, and provide administrative assistance.
  • Facilities Management:
    1. Manage routine facilities and property maintenance requirements.
    2. Liaise with Partners and external contractors on major works projects.
    3. Conduct Health & Safety Risk Assessments (fire, workspace, display screen/IT), maintain relevant records, and monitor First Aider training.
    4. Perform additional administrative tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor to ensure smooth office operations during regular working hours and outside normal office hours.
