Executive Support Specialist

Crowd Creative is a busy and creative architecture studio in Norwich, offering a unique opportunity for an Executive Support Specialist to join their team. With a collaborative environment and hybrid working arrangements, this role promises an exciting challenge for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to all levels of the team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This includes managing stock levels of office and kitchen supplies, assisting with project administration, and supporting the leadership team with various tasks. As the key point of contact within the studio, the Executive Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role offers an estimated salary of £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you are a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the go-to person for all office-related needs
- Maintaining stock levels of office and kitchen supplies
- Assisting project administration
- Manage front of house duties
- Organising company events
- Supporting studio leadership and technical teams with administrative tasks
- Support with onboarding new employees, inductions and Health & Safety information
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and other offices
