Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized EDM Administrator to join our team in Norwich. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Clarion Housing's incoming and outgoing post functions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

As an EDM Administrator, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in post management and administration, working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain incoming and outgoing post functions
  • Process and distribute mail to relevant departments
  • Ensure all mail is handled efficiently and securely
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for post management

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £31,500 per annum (based on experience)
