**Job Description**
The Risk Management Coordinator will manage small business renewal accounts from start to finish. This includes logging client data, evaluating insurance needs, and helping create effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients' financial goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' relevant experience. They should also possess current P&C license and excellent analytical skills.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Updating and improving upon internal information management systems, including Salesforce
- Compiling and preparing all relevant paperwork to bind client insurance policies
- Providing exceptional customer service; this includes answering client inquiries and questions in a timely and efficient manner, handling policy changes/endorsements, issuing certificates of insurance
