Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Building Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and establishing budgets for proposed projects. Utilize cost management software to streamline processes.

  • Tendering and Contracting:
  • Develop tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities, and manage procurement processes. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

  • Progress Reporting:
  • Monitor project expenditures, ensure adherence to budgets, and provide regular financial progress reports. Identify areas for cost savings and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Payment and Valuation:
  • Value completed work, arrange payments, and prepare interim valuations and final accounts. Ensure accurate and timely payment to stakeholders.

  • Risk Identification:
  • Identify potential risks, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project teams to minimize risk exposure.

Requirements:

A qualified Building Project Coordinator with RICS/CIOB certification, proficient in cost management software, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include project coordination, tendering and contracting, progress reporting, payment and valuation, and risk identification. Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
