Internal Sales Team Lead

This job opening presents a chance to join our team as a sales expert, focusing on internal sales and first-line support for incoming sales requests. You will develop strong relationships with potential product wholesalers and installers, understanding their needs, and suggesting tailored solutions.
- Respond to inbound leads: effectively address and respond to inquiries from stakeholders such as wholesalers and installers.
- Generate high-level reports and analyze data to drive departmental growth.
- Foster and maintain strong connections with customers, wholesalers, and installers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing clients.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador: provide sales support at industry events within the UK and Europe.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to discover new sales opportunities and stay competitive.
Benefits and Rewards:
