We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in customer service, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and managing sales opportunities.

The salary for this role is estimated at £23,860 per annum, based on national averages for the UK market.

About the Role:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other means
  • Manage sales opportunities and perform all necessary tasks to turn them into billable sales
  • Check inventory and fulfill orders out of stock if possible
  • Notify customers of price and delivery changes for orders placed online, verbally, or by email

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using e-mail, the internet, Microsoft Office, and other computer tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills and ability to sell
