About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Central, East and South Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for our ZeroCarbon Fleet solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your existing network and relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
  • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to refine and improve our solutions based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Manage and deliver complex commercial deals, including service delivery, capital finance, and enabling software.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement regional and local supply chain strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our sales team in the region, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success in the mobility or energy industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong network and relationships in the region, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
