Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Property Administration Assistant to work on a 3-month temporary contract within the property sector.

This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday from our Wisbech office, offering a competitive hourly rate of £98.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and issue subcontractor orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process data input into spreadsheets, maintaining up-to-date records and accurate results.
  • Compile and code cost applications efficiently, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective task prioritization and completion.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
