Property Conveyancer Opportunity

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Property Conveyancer to manage all types of conveyancing matters from inception to post-completion.

About the Role:
  • Handling registered and unregistered transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership
  • Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
  • Assisting with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and help-to-buy schemes
Salary and Benefits:

A highly competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £36,000 per annum, plus an attractive benefits package, including a bonus scheme and private health insurance for fee earners.
